Change your payment preference
Go to 'payment method' in your account to change your payment preference.
Link your credit card here to your account and enter the correct credit card details.
To switch to manual payment via a monthly statement, enter the correct contact details.
From now on you can also change the payment method within the app. Just go to the app settings and press "payment".
Are you a Proximus, Scarlet or Orange customer?
Then you can have your costs settled via your mobile bill. Your account must then first be set to € 0.00.
Also check with your provider whether your contract allows a link with 4411.
