Change your payment preference
To adjust your payment method, go to "Payment method" in your account.
Then choose the desired payment method after which a message appears, tap "OK" and you will be redirected to the web page to enter your details.
Are you a Proximus, Scarlet or Orange customer?
Then you can have your costs settled via your mobile bill. Your account must then first be set to € 0.00.
Also check with your provider whether your contract allows a link with 4411.
